How do I get started?

How soon can I start?
We can get you started as early as the same week depending on availability.
How often are sessions scheduled?
For optimal progress, speech and/or language therapy sessions are most effective when scheduled 1-2 times per week. Following your evaluation, we’ll recommend the best frequency to support your specific goals.
Do you accept insurance?
The Therapy Grove is not in-network with insurance providers. However, we are a contracted vendor with North Los Angeles Regional Center. For families using private insurance, we can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, which depends on your specific plan.
What is the payment policy?
Payments are due at the end of each session day. If an invoice remains unpaid, we will follow up with a payment reminder. We understand that things can happen, and we’re happy to work with you if you’re experiencing issues. However, we do reserve the right to pause or stop future sessions after one unpaid invoice. Sessions will not resume until the outstanding balance is settled. This ensures fairness and consistency for all clients.
